Attentive Hours at Sió Plaza

The social media presence of Sió Plaza, the biggest shopping centre of the Balaton region has been managed by our agency since spring 2019. We are proud of having jointly developed the Attentive Hours initiative, aiming at providing some extra help for autistic customers and their families. 

Accessibility for people with autism means the mitigation of stimuli, because they are more sensitive to intense noise and light. By reducing the intensity of these stimuli, Sió Plaza wants to ease shopping for autistic customers and their family members.

The Attentive Hours initiative was developed based on the feedback received at the Plaza’s Facebook page, and we are planning to broaden it with educational programs in the future.
